Every adult could probably use more strength training in their lives. As we age, muscle mass naturally decreases. Similarly, people on weight-loss regiments often find that up to 25 percent of their weight loss comes from lean muscle mass - not the weight you want to be dropping.
Unfortunately, many people are intimidated by strength training and all the "meatheads" around the weights at the gym. We're here to help you get past those fears, pick up some weight, and learn to love resistance training.
With a customizable program rooted in the essentials of powerlifting, we're here to help people maintain (and even add to) their muscle tissue as they push into middle age and beyond.
This program is also a key to our weight-loss protocol to ensure that you're losing fat and not muscle as you slim down.
